Previously, Mark served as the Cloud Transformation Director at Agilisys, where he led the strategy, sales, technology, and delivery of multi-million-pound digital transformation programs. Under his leadership, Mark successfully transitioned organizations to scalable, cost-efficient cloud solutions and spearheaded over 300 digital transformation initiatives. His work has been instrumental in reshaping the digital landscape for companies across the public and private sectors.

Before his role at Agilisys, Mark was a Senior Director at Eze Castle, where he transformed the managed services of a FinTech company, leading to significant external investment. Mark’s innovative approach revitalized the business, enhanced operational performance, and regained customer trust.
 

Mark also served as the Director of IT at Accenture, where he designed, built, and managed a $900 million SaaS platform that hosted over 100 companies and served half a billion people. He led large global teams of up to 400 FTEs, driving digital transformation and delivering robust cloud and service management solutions.
